Contest Period
Contest valid from January 3, 2024 to February 28, 2024.
Eligibility
This contest is open to any eligible Wood Wheaton GM Supercentre or Wood Wheaton Honda visitors who accurately fill in a ballot. Entrants must be aged 19 or over, with permanent residence in British Columbia. Entrants must hold a valid BC Driver’s License, and the address provided on their ballot must match the address on their license.
This contest excludes Wood Wheaton suppliers, vendors, and employees as well as their immediate families. Contest excludes automotive dealers, brokers, and wholesalers. Any ballots determined to be submitted by the aforementioned will be void and removed from the contest prize draw.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter the contest. Contest is open to all eligible in-store visitors who accurately fill in the ballot form within the contest period. Limit of one entry per household. If the information provided when entering is incomplete, the entry will be void and removed from the contest prize draw. Any additional ballots submitted with the same phone number or address as a previous entry will be void and removed from the contest prize draw.
Prize Drawing
On February 29th, 2024 all ballots will be audited subject to the rules of this contest. Any incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries will be void. The winner will be randomly selected from at Wood Wheaton GM Supercentre, located at 2879 Highway 16 West in Prince George, BC on February 29th, 2024 at 5:00 PM (PST). The contest winner must be present at the prize drawing. If the initially-selected winner is not present, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be randomly selected.
Prize Description
The opportunity to purchase one (1) 2007 Chevrolet Optra (VIN: KL1JD65Z37K665192) for $77.00 CAD. *All taxes, registration, insurance, fuel, and any miscellaneous costs of taking ownership of this vehicle are at the expense of the contest winner.
Condition of Participation
Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. Wood Wheaton does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the prize, and does not offer any warranty on the item included in the prize. The prize winner agrees by accepting the prize to release Wood Wheaton from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants automatically consent to the use of their name and city of residence for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by Wood Wheaton without payment or compensation.

Chances of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received within the contest period.
Ownership of the Contest
The contest is managed by Wood Wheaton and is in no way affiliated with the manufacturer of the prize item. Wood Wheaton reserves the right to sole and final discretion in any matters of dispute around the contest.
